A BILL supplementing, amending and adding language to the items of the existing appropriations of the Division of Culture and History, "Former" Account No. 3510, WVFIMS Account, Fund 0293, FY 1994, Org 0432, appropriated by chapter one, acts of the Legislature, first extra-ordinary session, one thousand nine hundred ninety-three, known as the budget bill.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the items of the total appropriation of "Former" Account No. 3510, WVFIMS Account, Fund 0293, FY 1994, Org 0432, be supplemented and amended by changing the language on line five of the existing appropriation to read as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to supplement, amend and add language to the existing appropriation for the designated spending unit to allow the purchase of equipment from the item of appropriation formerly entitled capital outlay. This supplemental bill is to be effective from the date of passage.
